By creating an account, using the App, posting listings, uploading documents, making payments, sending messages, or interacting with any feature on the platform, the user acknowledges and agrees to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Users who do not agree with these terms must discontinue the use of the App immediately.

Information Collection
The App collects personal information to enable account creation, identity verification, property management, messaging, payments, deposit handling, listing functionalities, and marketplace operations. During registration, users may be required to provide identifying details such as full name, phone number, email address, password, and other relevant information. The App may also collect additional personal data such as identification documents, photos, signatures, tenancy agreements, property documents, payment confirmations, clearance forms, and any files that the user voluntarily uploads. Information relating to device type, location, IP address, App usage patterns, and login activity may also be automatically collected to maintain security, improve performance, and enhance user experience.
Financial Information
Users who engage in property rentals, payments, or deposit transactions acknowledge that the App may require financial information such as payment method details, mobile money numbers, transaction confirmations, and wallet activity. Payment processing is handled through licensed third-party providers, and the App does not store or access sensitive financial details such as mobile money PINs, passwords, or bank account login information. The App only receives confirmation of completed transactions for record-keeping and receipt generation.
Document Uploads
Document uploads, including identification cards, tenancy agreements, lease documents, title deeds, clearance forms, and property ownership evidence, are stored securely and used strictly for verification, fraud prevention, and user protection. The Company may request additional documents when necessary to confirm identity, property authenticity, or compliance with legal requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload any document. Forged, altered, or illegal documents will not be tolerated and may result in account termination or legal action.
How We Use Information
The App uses collected information to operate, improve, and customize user experience. This includes account creation, verification, listing display, messaging functionality, payment processing, rent and deposit management, marketplace operations, fraud detection, customer support, marketing features, and App optimization. The App may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytical purposes, system performance monitoring, and enhancements, but such data will never identify individual users.
Communication Monitoring
Communication between users—including messages, inquiries, and transaction-related conversations—may be monitored by automated systems to detect fraud, inappropriate content, or violations of App policies. The Company may also retain copies of chats and communication for safety, moderation, and dispute review. The Company reserves the right to intervene when messages contain harmful, illegal, abusive, or fraudulent content, or when required by legal authorities for official investigations.
Information Sharing
The App may share certain personal information with third parties strictly when necessary to operate the platform. These third parties may include payment processors, SMS/OTP verification providers, cloud storage services, mapping services, and legal authorities when legally required. These entities operate independently but are bound by confidentiality obligations. The Company does not sell, rent, trade, or transfer personal data to advertisers or marketing agencies. Any sharing of information is limited to operational and safety requirements.
Data Security
ImportantAll user information is stored using secure methods, including encryption, restricted access, and protected servers. While the Company employs robust security measures, users acknowledge that no digital platform can guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access. Users are responsible for safeguarding their passwords, not sharing login details, and promptly notifying the Company of any suspicious activity. Losses arising from weak passwords, shared accounts, or negligence fall solely on the user.
User Rights and Access
Users may access, update, or correct their personal information within the App settings. Users may also request deletion of their accounts or personal data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Certain information, such as payment records, transaction logs, and clearance confirmations, may be retained for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or regulatory obligations even after account deletion.
Cookies and Tracking
Users acknowledge that the App may use cookies, tracking tools, or device identifiers to improve functionality, maintain sessions, enhance security, and personalize user experience. These tools may collect behavioral or technical information but do not contain personal identification unless provided by the user. Users may adjust device or browser settings to limit certain tracking features, although this may affect App performance.
Tenancy Information Sharing
In cases involving rental properties, the App may share basic tenancy-related information with landlords, including tenant identification, rent payment status, deposit status, and related documentation when required to facilitate tenancy management. Similarly, when a tenant intends to vacate, the clearance form submitted by the landlord may be shared with the tenant. The App acts as a communication and financial bridge but does not influence the content of clearance assessments, deposit claims, or damage evaluations made by the landlord.
Marketplace Interactions
Marketplace interactions may involve the exchange of certain user information between buyers and sellers—such as phone numbers, location details, product descriptions, and transaction agreements—to facilitate legitimate transactions. The Company does not mediate marketplace disputes but may review user complaints or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities.
Legal Disclosure
Where legally required, the Company may disclose user information to government authorities, courts, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory bodies. Such disclosure will only occur when the Company is compelled by law or when necessary to prevent fraud, enforce policies, or protect the safety of users and the public. The Company will not disclose user data without sufficient legal justification.
Policy Updates
The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or App improvements. Users will be notified of significant updates, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Policy. Users who disagree with any updated terms must discontinue use of the App.
User Consent
By using this App, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information as described herein.
